Staff
Staff
All staff persons employed by Nanny's have special training and experience suitable for their position. The staff undergoes continuous monitoring and their performance is evaluated regularly. In addition, ongoing in-service training is done.
Nanny's staff consists of the following:
The
Director
is responsible for total operation of the Center.
The
Assistant
Director
is responsible for the assurance of the smooth flow of the programs from day-to-day, and oversees the Infant/Toddler wing.
The
Program
Director
oversees the Preschool Wing and is responsible for assessing development of preschoolers and individualizing curriculum as well as day-to-day support of staff interaction with children.
The
Specialists
are responsible for overseeing curriculum assessments and reports of the suite in addition to the duties of the position they are assigned.
Lead Teachers
have degrees in Child Development or related areas or a CDA. They are responsible for developing the program to meet the needs of the children. They work as a team with other staff in their suites preparing lesson plans and developmental assessments.
Teachers
have special training and experience; they interact and participate in the daily program delivery.
The
Food Service Technician
is responsible for serving meals and coordinating snacks; some housekeeping duties are included in the daily routine duties.
The
Food Service Manager
is responsible for ordering and preparing all meals and snacks; maintains standards in the kitchen unit.
The
Enrollment Coordinator
is responsible for conducting tours and enrolling new students. The position also shares receptionist responsibilities at the front desk.
